For over 70 years, in the AYRTON factory, every project has been an artisanal odyssey. We fuse the power of fire with the precision of the human hand to transform your story into an unalterable object, forged with soul to withstand the test of time.
THE ORIGINAL SKETCH: THE CREATIVE GESTURE
Before the metal, there is the idea. It all begins with a sheet of textured paper, a graphite pencil, and the story of your season. It is here that our creators lay down the very first lines of your ring by hand.
It is an organic, intuitive process where the artist-designer interprets your symbols, your victories, and your identity to give them form. This original drawing, with its pencil strokes and handwritten annotations, is the soul of your future ring, capturing raw emotion before the material even exists.
THE FORGE: THE TRIAL BY FIRE AND FILE
This is the beating heart of the atelier. The selected metal is brought to fusion point at over 1000°C to be poured into its unique mold. It is a violent and precise birth.
Once cooled, the raw ring is extracted like a nugget from rock, still rough. It then passes exclusively into the expert hands of our artisans. It is a physical battle—with files, burs, and burnishers—to tame the raw material. Hour after hour, the artisan sculpts the reliefs, defines the textures, and prepares the metal to receive its adornments.
THE ADORNMENT: THE ART OF DETAIL AND LIGHT
Once the structure is forged, the work of pure goldsmithing begins. This is the stage of absolute patience and focused silence.
Under the binocular loupe, our setters prepare each setting to integrate the stones, one by one, by hand. Each prong is folded over with controlled force for an eternal hold. Next, your club’s colors are applied via enamels laid with a fine brush, then kiln-fired for unalterable resistance. It is in these millimetric gestures that your championship ring comes to life, transforming from a sculpted metal object into a true precious and radiant emblem.
